Suitable rooms are available for them to take a well-deserved break between lessons. In addition, dispensers of free sanitary pads have been installed for discreet comfort.

On the slopes, the instructors are easily identifiable by their famous red, blue and white uniforms. For reasons of technical performance and wear and tear, they are renewed every two years - a relatively short cycle for a garment.
So what happens to the esf teams' old trousers and jackets, which cannot be given away or sold for safety reasons? They're given a second life by upcycling!
After becoming aware of this ecological problem, Zoé, a ski instructor, looked into the issue through her dissertation and her end-of-studies internship.

As a result, she set up 3ᵉ Manche which, in partnership with a Savoy-based vocational reintegration workshop, designs new products from these old outfits. From its website, you can buy yourself a bob, a cushion, a pennant or even a keyring in the colours of esf Courchevel 1850!
