Originally from Grenoble, Alban has always lived close to the mountains. He has now be teaching for 28 years.
At the age of three, his parents decided to teach him how to ski. It was an eye-opener for Alban, who immediately loved this sport, and especially the sensation of sliding it provides. As he grew up, this passion never left him, to such an extent that he decided to become a ski instructor.
As a ski instructor, he particularly likes observing his learners becoming progressively true off piste-skiers- a real source of pride for him. He arrived at the Trois Vallées for professional reasons, and decided to settle in Courchevel for its living environment and its renown. He never regretted his choice, and for good reason: for him, la Saulire is the most beautiful slope in the world! He also likes sliding on La Combe des Pylônes, a place he would be pleased to make you discover.
His love for speed and for the sensations this sport conveys led Alban to participate several competitions. In the summer, he works in a golf course, but awaits winter impatiently to rediscover the snow and the pleasure of skiing. When not on the slopes, he loves walking in the mountains or going to the cinema.
He gave ski lessons at Wengen and St Moritz, Switzerland, but also had the opportunity to ski in Austria, in splendid landscapes.
