Dominique, who taught skiing in Argentina, has been an instructor for 34 years.

Dominique was born and raised in the mountains, in the heart of Savoie. As a true mountain lover, he starts skiing very early, at only 3 years old, guided on the slopes by his father, a ski instructor. Immediately comfortable on his skis, he quickly shows the aptitudes required for competition, especially in alpine skiing. This is how he joined the French Team of alpine skiing and won severals rewards. A career of competitor unfortunately interrupted by a knee injury.

After this accident, and driven by the desire to spend his life on ski slopes, Dominique joins the famous École du Ski Français of Courchevel 1850, where his father had been of the first instructors. A pride for this passionate instructor who has happily transmitted his knowledge for 34 years.

Dominique, who also taught in Argentina, keeps wonderful memories of the slopes of this country. A memorable experience, which allowed him to learn a new language and to confront his way of teaching skiing with a demanding clientele.

To help his students to progress, the instructor counts on their curiosity, convinced that the desire to discover the area will be stronger than their fears. A way to make them improve without rushing them, always taking care of their pleasure on the slopes.

Outside teaching, Dominique loves to take care of his house by doing home improvements and gardening, but he also likes practicing sport fishing, picking mushrooms and playing golf !

On the area of the Trois Vallées, his favorite slope is Jean Blanc. An itinerary that he takes with always as much pleasure as when he was young.
