Specialized in Alpine skiing, Nordic Jumping and Artistic skiing, Frédéric is a passionate instructor who masters several demanding disciplines.

Native of Le Dauphiné, Frédéric tastes the joys of skiing since he is 3 years old, encouraged by a contagious family passion. Frédéric discovers the Courchevel resort from as a teenager, during a collective lesson at the Moriond 1650 resort. Specialized in Alpine skiing, Nordic Jumping and Artistic skiing, he conveys with professionalism his passion for sliding in various and complementary domains.

Skiing fanatic and mountain lover and natural-born instructor, Frédéric quickly thinks about becoming a ski instructor. Then, it is by teaching at Orcières Merlette that he discovers himself a good teacher. The instructor’s priority is the complicity with his students to make them progress fast on the slopes. He shows great patience and kindness to create a bond of trust, which is essential to the students' fulfillment.

His best memory as a ski instructor is the “poussins” training, the youngest skiers of the "Jump" section of the Courchevel sports club. A discipline which requires physical and psychological qualities, as well as a good technique ; all the skills needed to practice skiing that Frédéric tries hard to pass on with passion to his students, whatever their levels.

It is with great pride that Frédéric teaches at the ESF Courchevel, a renowned skiing school with fundamentals values : professionalism, humility, respect, discipline, but above all fraternity.

Apart from teaching how to ski, Frederic is a former helicopter pilot and also a craftsperson.

Frédéric has more than on string to his bow and mixes with passion his different hobbies : aquatic and aeronautical sports, cooking, music, travelling, etc. Everything with the same main idea : pleasure and creativity !

His favorites slopes are Les Marmottes in Park City, and Saint-Marin in Belleville. He goes down the slopes “full speed” to be part of what he prefers in skiing : sliding, speed, freedom and nature.
