Ski instructor for 30 years, Frédéric teaches you how to have fun on the slopes !

Frédéric was born in the heart of the Mont Blanc Massif, in Contamines Montjoie. Coming from a family of instructors, he practices skiing from the age of 3 and is quickly at ease on the slopes. The young skier starts skiing and ski jumping competition, and easily gets the title of French Ski Jumping Champion. He also comes in 2nd in the "Slalom Masters" category.

Passionate about winter sports and driven by a strong desire to transmit, Frédéric joins the ESF to become a ski instructor. His father was an instructor in Courchevel, so he naturally chose this resort to live his passion. He has been teaching there for 30 years now.

For his students to progress easily, Frédéric adapts his teaching methods to the needs of each. The greatest satisfaction of this attentive instructor is to see his clients happy after a good day of skiing, and the joy of parents whose child is finally comfortable on his skis.

Frédéric, who appreciates in his job the opportunity to have fun in all kinds of weather, has taught in other resorts than Courchevel and discovered other ski areas abroad. Enriching experiences for this curious skier, who constantly challenges his way of teaching skiing.

Apart from his passion for skiing, Frédéric was in the army and is now a bus driver. His favorite slopes are the famous Jean Blanc and those of Grands Montets.
