Hélène started skiing when she was only two years old. Indeed, thanks to her father who was a ski instructor and her mom passionate about winter sports, she had the luck of growing up with skis on her feet! Hélène perfected her technique thanks to the esf lessons, before joining the ski club where she took part in a few competitions. Growing up at the heart of the Trois Vallée skiing area, she knows the resort of Courchevel and its secret spots very well. With her family of instructors, it was natural for Hélène to choose this profession, this also represents the accomplishment of her skier journey. Her pedagogical approach goes mainly through pleasure, Hélène wants to introduce her students to the sensations of skiing while enjoying the incredible environment of Courchevel. Since she teaches, her favourite memory is a torchlit descent from the summit of Mount Vallon. For her, esf represents passion, professionalism and pleasure. 

Outside ski slopes, Hélène takes care of her three young daughters. Keen on sports and travels, she has skied in every resort that hosts ski world cups. In the Courchevel domain, her favourite slope is the Combe de la Saulire in the early morning.
