You dreamed about it, Courchevel realizes it."
Joël, golf instructor when not on the slopes, has been teaching skiing for nearly 40 years.
Joël, native of Charente, has been teaching skiing for 39 years now. This ski enthusiast discovers skiing at the age of 19 only, in ski holidays. During off-piste trips, Joel is captivated by the silence and magic that come from the landscapes he visits.
This instructor discovers Courchevel in the 2000s, thanks to his "buddy" Éric Toussaint. Since then, he happy evolves among other ski lovers who work to ensure that Courchevel continues to be what it is : a famous area reknown for its excellence.
Joël, who has also tasted the snow of the Swiss and Italian mountain ranges, really prefers to ski in the French mountains. His various experiences abroad allowed him to improve his skills and his knowledge. The instructor teaches his expertise with flexibility, but he never rushes his clients so that they always want to return to the slopes. His greatest satisfaction is to guide beginners during their first trips.
Golf teacher when not on the slopes, Joel loves competition. His favorite ski slopes to go beyond his limits are La Loze and Jean Blanc, Chanrossa for off-piste skiing, L'Aiguille du Fruit and the forest of the Praz. In his list of the most beautiful ski itineraries of the world, Joël mentions the Streiff, the black slope of L'Aiguille Rouge in the Arcs which leads to Villaroger, and also La Vallée Blanche, and all the off-piste itineraries around Chamonix.
