Lou offers group lessons for children, as well as ski racing lessons for those who want to win their first medals. A versatile skier, she knows how to adapt her courses to the needs of her pupils, so that they can progress at their own pace, without difficulty. 

In her youth, before becoming a ski instructor at Courchevel, Lou took part in a large number of competitions and ended up on the podium at most of them. Today, she uses her experience to help young pupils learn the subtleties of the discipline, offering lessons that are both technical and fun. 

As well as skiing, Lou is also passionate about gymnastics and running, as well as art history and music.
