"Here, everything is done to make you live wonderful holidays, for all budgets !"
Sylvie, an experienced instructor passionate by her job and her resort.
Native of Valmorel, Sylvie does not even remember the first time she put on a pair of skis, as she was very young, probably about two or three years old. Her mother is a 'local woman', so it is natural for Sylvie to teach in the resort of Courchevel and remain faithful to her origins. Through 18 teaching seasons, this former competitor in alpine skiing has become convinced that Courchevel is the ideal place to learn skiing : everything is done for each student to progress, beginners and experts as well.
According to Sylvie, the ESF of Courchevel is a group of mountain lovers who want to pass on their experience. The most important thing during her lessons is to find "the key" that will help her students improve.
In skiing, this experienced instructor appreciates the sensation of sliding, the control of the trajectory, the search for perfect curves and the speed. Sylvie also has an experience in competition and climbed on several podiums in slalom and descents in FIS races - competitions organized by the International Ski Federation allowing young athletes to cumulate FIS points, thus giving them the opportunity to participate in international competitions.
Passionate about skiing and mountain sports, Sylvie loves also loves hiking and trailing, disciplines that enable her to see many landscapes in a single day. She also appreciates calm and nature in Courchevel 1650 resort. When she goes skiing to other ski resorts, Sylvie realizes how lucky she is to work in Courchevel and the Trois Vallées.
For this experienced ski instructor, Courchevel is unmissable, but she also appreciates the big ski slopes like Kitzbühel.
